REFUND POLICY

Service Cancelation Policy

When you purchase Comlink LTE Internet, you will get 3 days or 72 hours after the exact date you received the equipment to test the service. If the service does not meet your expectations, and you would like to cancel please call 855 926-0311 within 3 days or 72 hours from receiving equipment for a full refund. The refund for service will be sent to back to the card on file with in 5 to 7 business days.

Equipment Return Policy:

When you purchase a Comlink LTE modem, you will get 3 days or 72 hours after the exact date you received the device to test the equipment. If the device does not get shipped back to us within 7 days from the date that you cancel no refund will be issued for the equipment. All equipment should be returned that was sent to you, i.e., chargers, antennas, ethernet cord, Box, etc. Any unreturned items or damaged equipment will result in a forfeiture of the refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible to cover any shipping costs when returning equipment.


Warranty

1 year manufacturer warranty on all Comlink LTE Equipment. Please check with device manufacturer for warranty return policies. Terms & Conditions 3 Month Term – If Comlink LTE Internet is cancelled after the 3 day or 72-hour Trial but before the 3-month term is reached then an early termination fee applies ($82.99 for each month remaining in the term) Termination fee max penalty is $248.97. After 3-month term expires service is prepaid every 30 days on a month-to-month basis. Prepaid service is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time.
